Writers: Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz
Grade: A
Another very solid episode. They really hammered home the importance of Savannah, what with Weaver parenting her about patience and John Henry forming a genuine connection to her. He seemed quite put-out when Ellison pointed out that he could have been responsible for her death. Why is this little girl is so important?
John examining Riley’s body was a great scene. It was emotionally significant for him to have that level of closure, but the emphasis on her wrecked nails made me think he was also doing his research. He now knows that she fought back.
Sarah harping on Cameron for killing Riley was pretty rich considering that Sarah almost did the same herself. If Sarah actually turned that possibility over in her mind, then clearly she believed there was a good reason to kill Riley, yet she expects Cameron to to consider the option and decide against it? Which is exactly what Cameron did, and good for her, but for Sarah to expect Cameron to show mercy is a bit much.
